No delivery service at the moment. Only self-collection option available.

Once you have received our message of ready collection, please redeem your orders within 2 weeks from the date of confirmation.

Please email to “order@worldsnackday.com” for another one week extension from the original collection deadline given to you.

Failure to collect your orders on given time frame will be deemed as collected. No refund will be made.

Email your situation and a screenshot of the bad conditioned item(s) to “customers@worldsnackday.com”. Please do not it throw away. You will need to return us the bad conditioned item(s) as evidence for exchange/refund after our management approval of your case.
